The Service and fantasypl.app have no affiliation with the Premier League or Fantasy Premier League. The app provides an alternative way to access the Fantasy Premier League experience and API. It is not endorsed by the Premier League or Fantasy Premier League.
You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the app's source code, translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app, and all trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to fantasypl.app.
fantasypl.app is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. We reserve the right to make changes to the app or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear exactly what you are paying for.
Your Device and Personal Data
The Fantasy PL app stores and processes personal data you have provided to us in order to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which removes software restrictions and limitations imposed by your device's official operating system. Doing so could make your phone vulnerable to malware, viruses or malicious programs, compromise its security features and mean that Fantasy PL will not work properly or at all.
Third-Party Services
The app uses third-party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions. Review the terms of the service providers used by the app:
Internet Access and Charges
Some functions of the app require an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. fantasypl.app cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you do not have access to Wi-Fi or have exhausted your data allowance.
If you use the app outside an area with Wi-Fi, the terms of your agreement with your mobile network provider still apply. You may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection, or other third-party charges. By using the app, you accept responsibility for those charges, including roaming data charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, we assume you have received permission from the bill payer to use the app.
Your Device
fantasypl.app cannot take responsibility for how you use the app. You need to make sure your device stays charged. If it runs out of battery and you cannot turn it on to use the Service, fantasypl.app cannot accept responsibility.
Information in the Service
Although we work to ensure that the app is updated and correct, we rely on third parties to provide information to us. fantasypl.app accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.
Updates and Availability
We may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android and iOS. Requirements for both systems, and for any additional systems we extend availability to, may change. You will need to download updates if you want to keep using the app. fantasypl.app does not promise that it will always update the app so that it remains relevant to you or works with the version of Android or iOS installed on your device. You promise to accept updates to the application when offered.
We may stop providing the app and terminate its use at any time without giving notice of termination. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon termination the rights and licences granted to you in these terms will end, and you must stop using and, if needed, delete the app from your device.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for changes. We will notify you of changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
